LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS OVERVIEW

The leadership programs are designed to develop leaders in an organisation in the areas of personal leadership, people leadership and operational management. The advanced level program also includes the strategic change module. The program combines face to face learning with project work carried out in the workplace under the guidance of workplace mentors.

  • Undergo assessment for the three projects and receive certification for FMI’s Certified Practicing Manager (CPM) program

DURATION

The standard duration is over 12 to 18 months but can be delivered over a shorter or longer period. This table shows the face to face delivery times for the complete (including advanced module) program. Without the strategic change module standard duration is 11 days. Project work is carried out as part of the program where participants apply the learning in their work situation to make improvements or changes in three projects.
